What does the production process look like at Centrum Pæle A/S?
Production
Since the beginning of the 1980s, Centrum Pæle A/S has focused on a complete pile system from planning, production, delivery, safe installation to final documentation with traceability and quality data.
The products included in the pile system are prefabricated standard piles, special piles, energy piles, electrification piles and pile couplings as well as associated production facilities.The production system consists of the following workflows:
- Welding of reinforcement cages
- Production and casting of concrete
- Unmolding and transport to warehouse
- Quality assurance

Reinforcement
The steel for the main and bangle reinforcement in Centrum Pæle’s reinforcement mesh is purchased directly from recognized European steelworks.

Special reinforcement
The standard networks from Centrum Pæle are supplied with powerful reinforcement rods, which are manually retro-fitted into the grid.

Concrete
Concrete production at Centrum Pæle takes place on 2 identical mixers. The mixing system is equipped with moisture sensors in silos for sand and 4/8 mm stone and with viscosity meters in the mixers.

Bitumen is applied to the piles at ground level. This is determined by a test or knowledge of the subsoil.

Centrum Pæle A / S primarily uses transport by road. This provides fast and accurate deliveries, based on the daily needs of the current construction project.
